This set of resources from the University of Connecticut Administrator Preparation Program (UCAPP) comprises a multi-component performance assessment used to assess school leader candidates for program admission. The performance assessment includes a one-on-one interview, a leadership artifact task, and a case study task. The leadership artifact component requires applicants to submit an artifact of their choice and to respond to a set of reflection questions about their leadership experience as demonstrated by the artifact. Applicants also develop goals and an action plan for a case study school using school profile data that is provided to them.
