Classroom Teacher Presentation of Learning Guidelines and Rubric

This set of documents includes a guideline and rubric for the end-of-year teacher candidate capstone project titled Presentation of Learning, designed by the High Tech High Teacher Center. This is an opportunity for teacher candidates to reflect on their cumulative learning in the program and their growth as educators by presenting on how their thinking and practice have evolved since they began the program. To this aim, the candidates are asked to reflect on their habits of mind (e.g., significance, perspective, evidence, connection, and supposition) and habits of heart (e.g., self-advocacy, intellectual curiosity, unlimited potential, integrity, and cooperation) and to present on at least three of these characteristics. Moreover, teacher candidates pose questions, seek feedback, and exchange ideas that will inform their future work.
