This Learning Café focused on introducing strategies to support educators in integrating social emotional learning in virtual teaching environments. Presenters explored how social emotional learning could support students to practice their social and emotional skills, attitudes, relationships with others, academic performance, and perceptions of the virtual learning environment. Participants learned how to connect to the formation of and assessment of dispositions for teaching by incorporating social emotional learning into teacher education courses and learning experiences.
