School Improvement (Change) Project

The resource describes the School Improvement (Change) Project, which requires candidates to lead a group of stakeholders in an inquiry cycle to address a specific problem of practice for school-level improvement. Candidates are required to document their efforts in a School Improvement Report that includes discussion of the problem and context; data, decisions, and improvement plan; outcomes; sustainability plan; and individual reflection.
