This tool guides teachers to reflect on strategies for including listening activities in their lessons. It begins by asking teachers to reflect on their strategies for listening to student voices, surfacing issues that they have faced as teachers, as students, and as professionals. It then outlines considerations to help guide teachers as they plan activities that engage student voices. The guide asks teachers to reflect on which students speak up and how to provide opportunities for all students to have their voices heard.
