In this open discussion webinar, hosted by the National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification Professional Education Committee, panelists discussed their work with the Teacher Licensure Collaborative (TLC) in connection to state standards language aligned with Science of Learning Development (SoLD). Linda Darling-Hammond discussed the history of SoLD and state panelists (from Maine, North Dakota, Oregon, and Vermont) discussed state capacity and policies to advance the whole child system.
