Organizational Leadership: School Culture and Family and Community Engagement

This syllabus from the University of Connecticut Administrator Preparation Program (UCAPP) outlines a course that focuses on school leadership aspects of organizational culture, family, and community engagement and emphasizes the development of a positive and strong culture of achievement. Required texts include Lost at School, Why Our Kids With Behavioral Challenges Are Falling Through the Cracks and How We Can Help Them (Greene, 2014) and Transforming School Culture: How to Overcome Staff Division (Muhammad, 2009).
