In this session from the 2021 California Teacher Education Research and Improvement Network (CTERIN)  Supervisors of Teacher Education Network (STENT) Summer Conference, Dr. Johnnie Wilson and participants come together to consider and construct a set of coaching moves—prompts and questions—to help teacher candidates focus on anti-racist and equity pedagogies. They work from a synthesis of prominent equity frameworks to begin to build shared common coaching practice.
