This report from the Learning Policy Institute is a cross-case analysis of seven school districts sampled from among more than a hundred California school districts in which students across racial/ethnic groups are outperforming similar students in other districts. Analysis of district strategies in these seven “positive outlier” districts that vary by demographics and geography revealed several commonalities which are discussed in the report.
